Class Description
In this class we strip it right back to basic movements with control. Low impact in nature, this slower paced class gives us time to focus on body imbalances, muscle recruitment, stabilisation and breath.
This class will improve your strength, flexibility, core engagement and balance. The perfect compliment to your Move Fast and Move Lean classes.
